Horgen, October 10, 2008 – As communicated on June 16, 2008, Schweiter Technologies AG and the French company Essilor Group concluded a purchase agreement for the sale of the Satisloh Group to Essilor. Following fulfillment of all conditions precedent, the sale of all shares in Satisloh Holding AG to the Essilor Group has been completed.
