Horgen, March 11, 2009 – The Board of Directors will propose that the Annual General Meeting on May 13, 2009 pay out a dividend of CHF 9.00 gross per bearer share (previous year: CHF 9.00). If the Annual General Meeting approves the proposal, the dividend will be paid as of May 18, 2009.
