Horgen, May 14, 2009 – At the General Meeting of Schweiter Technologies AG held yesterday in Horgen, all items on the agenda were approved by a clear majority – namely, payment of a dividend of CHF 9 per share and the election of Beat Frey to the Board of Directors.
