Acquisition Will Strengthen Ismeca Semiconductor’s Position in Device Inspection Solutions

The transaction is based on a agreement to acquire the PacVision device inspection products from Agilent’s Singapore Vision operation. The transaction is expected to close by the end of June, subject to closing conditions. Financial details were not dis-closed. After the closing, the PacVision Products will become part of Ismeca Semicon-ductor Products Group. With these additional products Ismeca Semiconductor’s market position in device inspection solutions will be significantly strengthened.
